Friday evening 13th July is the official opening of the Festival. Everyone who has registered for the weekend automatically gets in to Friday and Saturday evenings for free as these are key elements of the Festival and your participation fee has helped to fund these events!
Your participation fee has also paid for your taking part in the massed sing on Saturday and your choice of Sunday workshop(s). Only people who have not registered and not paid to take part in the FULL weekend have to pay to see the Friday and Saturday concerts.
FESTIVAL REGISTRATION SYSTEM ALL registrations will take place inside Castle Leisure Centre, Bolton Street, Bury.
Friday Registration Times: 4pm - 8pm (we will still register you if you arrive after 8pm, go to our Festival desks area next to the main leisure centre reception)
When participants first arrive at the Leisure Centre venue (be it on Friday or Saturday morning) you must check in at the registration desk which will be next to the leisure centre's reception.
Check-in / Registration is by CHOIR NAME. Find your choir's name on the lists displayed in front of the tables and the person at that table will sort you out.
Once you have been 'checked in' you will be given a bag that contains a weekend program / brochure and a wrist band. The wrist band MUST be worn in order for you to enter the venues: in essence it is each participants weekend ticket cum proof of participation.
FOOD & T-Shirt Orders If you have pre-ordered a meal for Friday evening or a Festival T-shirt, please go to the 'Food and T-shirt registration' desk. You will need to check in for your Friday meal and will be given a meal ticket to hand to the catering staff.
T-shirts will be awaiting collection and will have your name on them.
Sunday Picnics If you have pre-ordered a picnic then make sure that your name is checked off the list.
